New Youth Phone Service is a prepaid system. A minimum monetary deposit of $10.00 USD for Retail Accounts or $100.00 USD for Wholesale Accounts is necessary in order to begin service. No paper based billing will be provided at any time as this is a prepaid service. Account balances and call details are readily available for viewing on our website. Billing increments are 1/1 for wholesale accounts and 60/60 for retail customers. Account credit must be used within 6 months of first usage. A reactivation fee may apply to accounts that remain inactive for more than 12 months. Post paid customers are required to provide a valid credit card in order for service to be activated. New Youth Phone will not be held liable for any misuse by an agent. Disputes will be resolved where proper receipt of payment is provided.
 
New Youth Phone may at its discretion refuse to provide services to you whereas: New Youth Phone has reason to believe the account will be use for fraud or illegal purposes. New Youth Phone reserves the right to interrupt your services at any time for any duration of time, without notice or liability in order to install, inspect, repair, replace or to perform necessary maintenance on our telecommunications equipment, facilities or network, or for any other technical reasons as may be required. New Youth Phone does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the services or of its equipment, facilities, connections or network. New Youth Phone liability for negligence, breach of contract, tort or other causes of action, or any loss, omissions, delays, errors, defects or failures in the services, equipment or facilities, or for any other action or inaction of New Youth Phone, is limited to a refund of charges for the affected services proportionate to the length of time the problem existed, upon request. Refund will be provided on unused balance; however, a 25% administrative fee will be deducted from the remaining unused balanced.
